For standard deliveries, your order will be picked up by our delivery partner within 48 hours from when payment is received. The above delivery timeline is excluding Public Holiday and Weekends. Once the order has been picked up, it will take 1 - 3 days to arrive at your doorstep.

Yes, you may exchange the products by sending us email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your products with a visual of the damaged item as proof of exchange. Once we received your item, we will inspect and send out a replacement item within 7 working days.
